doTerra heeft heel veel verschillende kits en collecties (selectie van essentiële olien) en hieruit heb ik de voor mij twee belangrijkste kits eruit gehaald. Deze zijn de doTerra Family Essentials kit (of zoals ik het noem: het natuurlijke huisapotheek) en de AromaTouch kit. 

 

Wanneer je een account aanmaakt kan je tussen een aantal verschillende kits kiezen om als eerste bestelling te plaatsen en deze zijn er een enkele van. Ik zelf heb voor de huis apotheek gekozen omdat hierin alle olien in zitten die je bij een huis en tuin kwaaltje zoals griep of verkoudheid, spierpijn, buikpijn, blauwe plekken, kneuzingen, enzovoort kan gebruiken. Erg handig en heel fijn en gemakkelijk in gebruik.

 

Mijn tweede keuze is de AromaTouch kit. Hierin zitten 8 verschillende essentiele olien die worden gebruikt bij deep tissue massages , ontwikkeld door een van de oprichters van doTerra - zelf een fysiotherapeut. Deze massages geven niet alleen een diepe ontspanning maar gaan tot in alle cellen van je lichaam door en vergroten dus jouw gezondheid en immuniteit. Het mooie is dat je zelf deze technieken bij doTerra kunt leren. Je kunt deze via de website bestellen en daarbij krijg je deze 8 olien er bij. Dan kan je ze mooi gaan uitoefenen op jouw familie- en gezinsleden.
